libpocoodbc9-dbg software package provides C++ Portable Components (POCO) ODBC library (debug version), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpocoodbc9-dbg
libpocoodbc9-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpocoodbc9-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpocoodbc9-dbg *
You will get with libpocoodbc9-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
